Citing your Sources

Databases and citation generators aren't 100% accurate, so make sure you check your citations against a style guide. The resources below can help you ensure your citations are correct.

The UCA Center for Writing and Communication also has great online and in-person resources to help you.

Use the databases to help you cite

Did you know, the databases can help you with your citations?

All of our databases have the ability to provide you with a citation formatted in MLA, APA, or Chicago/Turabian style, and some databases may have more. NOTE: You still need to check your citations for accuracy; spelling, punctuation, and capitalization errors are common in database-generated citations.
