The Library is open the week of Thanksgiving Break until campus closes on Wednesday. The Library will resume regular hours on Sunday, December 1st.

  • Wednesday, November 27: Close at 5 pm
  • Thursday thru Saturday, November 28-30: Closed
  • Sunday, December 1: Open at 2 pm

Check out the Library’s options for relaxation

Have you seen the Library's new puzzle collection? Give yourself a little break from studying over the holiday and check out a puzzle or a movie. Puzzles are located in the Browsing area next to the Reference Desk, as well as popular new fiction and nonfiction books. The DVD collection is located next to Starbucks, and includes popular and award-winning feature and foreign films as well as select television series. If you need some cooking inspiration, the library has cookbooks featuring diverse cuisines, classic and healthy recipes, and several recently added titles. You can find these items by searching the Library catalog.

Access online resources from home

Even when you are off campus, you can still access almost all of the Library’s online resources, including article databases and ebooks. To access full text content when off campus, log in to MyUCA with your username and password, then go to the Library web page to begin searching.

To help you de-stress between exams, we have several fun finals week activities planned, which we will share in our next post. We look forward to seeing you in December!
