2020 Census: University of Central Arkansas

You Can Respond Online, By Phone, or Via Mail (March 12-July 31)

  • Starting in March, almost all households will receive an invitation letter in the mail with instructions for responding online. It will include a unique identification code that helps keep track of responses. Respondents can also use their address to complete the online questionnaire. Online respondents should go to https://my2020census.gov/ to compete their forms.
  • Respondents can also respond via the Census Bureau Call Center 301-763-INFO (4636) or 800-923-8282 OR can mail in their response to U.S.Census Bureau, 4600 Silver Hill Road, Washington, DC 20233.
  • If a household does not respond or incomplete information is submitted, an official Census worker (called an Enumerator) will visit the residence to ensure the proper data has been collected.

The online questionnaire will be available in 13 languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Haitian Creole, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese)
