To determine if you have access to an article or journal through UCA Library, visit our library website. There are two options.
If your article isn't available through UCA Library, you may submit a request through Interlibrary Loan and we will try to obtain this from another library for you.
Using search box on the library homepage, enter your search terms:
Tip: Combine the author and title terms with AND for the best results. For example: ti: Kindred AND au: Butler
Once on your search results page, you can modify, expand, or refine your search.
You can quickly assess the results by viewing the information included in the brief record.
More information about the book can be found by clicking on the book title on the results page which will open the book's detailed record.
Using the search box on the library homepage enter your search terms using information from your citation.
For example, if you are trying to find full text of the article listed in the following citation:
Druckman, James N, et al. “Political Protesting, Race, and College Athletics: Why Diversity among Coaches Matters.” Social Science Quarterly, vol. 100, no. 4, 2019, pp. 1009–1022., doi:10.1111/ssqu.12615.
Your search terms would be:
“Political Protesting, Race, and College Athletics: Why Diversity among Coaches Matters.” AND Social Science Quarterly AND Druckman
If you are not seeing your article in the search results, the next step is to expand your search to Libraries Worldwide. Expanding your search will allow you to check that your citation information is correct and provide the option to obtain the full text through the library's interlibrary loan service.
